Lagos - Nigerias’ number one online classifieds advertising website OLX, is releasing a new TV and online campaign that celebrates the success stories of its users.
OLX Nigeria is giving away three TECNO R7 mobile phones in their “OLX Makes Me Happy” campaign which began on Monday to people who have sold items on the OLX site.
The “Happy” campaign, created by TRACE Urban will run across multiple TV stations alongside a YouTube competition. The strapline of which will be, “OLX Makes me happy!” where the public will be asked to film themselves dancing to the smash hit by Pharrell Williams’,Happy.
Lola Masha, the country manager says “The OLX makes Me Happy campaign celebrates the impact that OLX has on lives of the average Nigerian.Our goal is to provide a platform that empowers individuals and contributes to the economic growth of the country. With our focus on enabling C2C trade, it’s essential that we showcase stories of successful trades to encourage others users to try OLX.”
To enter for the competition to win one of the phones, simply like the OLX Nigeria Facebook page, shoot your remake of the smash hit song "Happy", saying "OLX Makes Me Happy!" at the end, and send the link to happy@ olx.com on or before 2/06/14.
The three videos with the HIGHEST VIEWS and LIKES win the latest TECNO R7 phones and other OLX goodies.
In addition, the best videos will be uploaded to the TRACE YouTube Channel twice a week.
